Facility Engineering Services and its principals have been involved in the Agricultural related industries for many years. As part of our professional practice we have developed detailed design aids for the development of pre-engineered components for the grain storage and handling industries. As these designs became more and more common we saw a need to support the agricultural contractor and millwright community. To this end we have developed in house software to complete the following standardized designs:

Open Conveyor Bridge – this includes single angle member and tube steel open conveyor bridges.
Box Bridge – for longer spans a box bridge is required. Member types in our current design software include wide flange members, tube steel bridges.
As a full service engineering firm we are able to do custom support design to facilitate project conditions.
Currently we have automated engineering software that is able to do automated designs of four leg towers with equipment loads for using wide flange shapes or HSS shapes.

Facility Engineering Services has developed specialized structural engineering software for the design of corrugated grain bin foundation ring wall foundations. Facility Engineering Services is very involved in the grain bin industry and understands the design and construction of these typical foundation systems.
Having expertise with traditional ring foundations, we are also able to handle a variety of specialized foundation types including deep foundations or foundations that require special support or construction conditions.
